The DwyerOmega Sensor Business Unit develops precision gas and liquid sensing technologies for diverse industrial and OEM applications. Our application engineers work directly with customers’ engineering teams, providing technical guidance, sensor selection support and application-specific expertise. When a standard product does not meet the required specifications, our in-house engineering capabilities enable us to customise sensors to suit specific performance, integration and operating requirements.

The DwyerOmega Sensor Business Unit combines the expertise of Analytical Industries Inc. (Aii), SST Sensing Ltd, Sensore Electronic GmbH and Dynament Ltd.

Together, these specialist brands provide oxygen, gas and liquid level sensing technologies for demanding industrial, commercial and OEM applications. The portfolio includes zirconia and optical oxygen sensors, oxygen analysers and transmitters, NDIR gas sensors, hydrocarbon and refrigerant gas sensors, optical liquid level switches, and gas measurement solutions for hazardous and non-hazardous environments.

Product Spotlight

Sensore Electronic GmbH’s OXY-ProXT oxygen transmitter uses a pre-calibrated SMART zirconia oxygen sensor to provide continuous oxygen measurement from 10 ppm to 96% O₂. Its plug-and-play design eliminates the need for additional calibration during installation. With 4–20 mA, 0–5 V and RS485 Modbus RTU outputs, plus programmable oxygen alarms and relay functions, the transmitter integrates easily with industrial control systems. It is suitable for inert atmosphere monitoring, additive manufacturing, glove boxes, gas processing and other industrial oxygen measurement applications.
