The O2I-Flex Oxygen Sensor Interface Electronics is designed to supply power and control for PST’s range of zirconia oxygen sensors.
It supports user-configurable measurement ranges of 0–25% O₂ or 0–100% O₂, both of which are fully linear. Output options include 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, and RS232 communication.
Calibration can be performed in ambient air (20.7% O₂) or with any known oxygen concentration. This can be triggered automatically, manually via an external signal, or using the integrated onboard push-button.
The interface includes status LEDs for power and sensor operation, and features removable, polarized screw terminals to simplify wiring.
Adaptive software filtering enables fast sensor response while maintaining stable, accurate oxygen readings.
