These compact zirconia oxygen sensors are PCB-mountable and ideal for measuring ambient gas when fully exposed to the surrounding atmosphere. They use a closed-loop control system for continuous oxygen monitoring, with a built-in heartbeat signal providing real-time status.
Thanks to non-depleting zirconia technology, the sensors offer a long operating life with no need for a reference gas. Single-point calibration can be performed in any known gas, including fresh air.
With a slim 12 mm diameter, wide temperature tolerance (-100°C to 250°C), and fast response options, they’re well-suited to space-limited, demanding applications. The output is linear across the full 0.1 to 100% O₂ range, with a lifespan of up to 10 years depending on use.
