PCB Mounted Zirconium Dioxide Oxygen Sensor

This compact zirconium dioxide oxygen sensor from SST comes pre-soldered to a PCB with a PTFE heat-isolating spacer, making it ideal for ambient gas monitoring and flow-through applications. The spacer reduces heat transfer and allows O-ring sealing against a manifold (see example in datasheet).

SST’s closed-loop zirconia technology continuously monitors oxygen levels and includes a heartbeat signal for real-time status. The non-depleting sensor design offers long-term reliability without a reference gas, with easy single-point calibration in any known gas, including fresh air.
