The Zirconia Oxygen Sensor Probe Module Kit provides a complete, ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for customers to design their own control electronics. It is commonly applied in coal, oil, gas, biomass combustion, and process control systems.
At its core, the system combines SSTβs fast-response zirconium dioxide (ZrOβ) probe sensor (T90 <4 seconds) with the OXY-LC oxygen sensor interface board. Together, they deliver reliable and accurate oxygen measurement without the requirement for a reference gas.
Built around a proven zirconium dioxide element, the sensor features rugged stainless-steel construction, allowing it to withstand extreme temperatures and aggressive environments. Depending on the application, sensor lifetime can reach up to 10 years.
The probe, available in short or long versions with a 12 mm outer diameter, ensures simple and flexible installation. Operating temperatures range from -100 Β°C to +400 Β°C (-148 Β°F to +752 Β°F).
When paired with the OXY-LC interface board, the system supports oxygen concentration measurement ranges of both 0.1β25% and 0.1β100%.
A unique closed-loop measurement system provides continuous monitoring, while an integrated heartbeat signal offers instant fault detection for added reliability.
