Flange Mount Zirconium Dioxide Oxygen Sensor Wired

SST’s Flange Wired Zirconium Dioxide Oxygen Sensor is engineered for easy integration into sealed environments such as manifolds or sampling chambers. It’s a popular choice among SST’s aerospace customers and in systems where extreme temperatures and pressures are common.

This sensor employs a closed-loop zirconia-based measurement principle, continuously monitoring oxygen concentration while generating a built-in heartbeat signal for immediate fault detection.

The Flange Wired model includes a 0.4 m cable (5 single-strand 20AWG wires) with a MOLEX 39-01-2060 connector. It offers precise oxygen measurement from 0.1% to 100% O₂, operates reliably in harsh environments, and can last up to 10 years depending on the application.
