Utilizing a closed-loop zirconium dioxide sensing principle, the sensor delivers continuous, accurate oxygen concentration measurement while incorporating a built-in heartbeat fault detection signal to ensure system reliability and safety.
The flange mount zirconia model is supplied with a 0.4 m cable assembly (5 single-strand 20 AWG wires) and a MOLEX 39-01-2060 connector, enabling straightforward electrical integration. Engineered for durability, it provides precise oxygen detection across a 0.1% to 100% Oβ measurement range, operates reliably in harsh and high-temperature environments, and offers a long operational lifespan of up to 10 years, depending on application conditions.
