SST’s Probe Zirconium Dioxide Oxygen Sensors are designed for reliable oxygen measurement in industrial combustion systems, boiler exhaust monitoring, and other demanding environments where polluted or corrosive gases are present. Available in three probe length options, these zirconia oxygen probes are particularly effective in applications with thick-walled or insulated flue pipes, providing durability and accurate measurement in harsh conditions.

Built on a closed-loop oxygen measurement system, the sensors deliver continuous monitoring of O₂ levels with a built-in heartbeat diagnostic signal for real-time system health. Their non-depleting zirconium dioxide sensing cell ensures long operational life, requiring no reference gas, while enabling simple single-point calibration with ambient air or any known calibration gas.

Both standard and fast-response zirconia oxygen probes are available, with flexible probe and cable lengths and options for different temperature configurations. Offering a linear output signal across the full 0.1–100% oxygen measurement range, these robust sensors provide stable performance for up to 10 years depending on application conditions.
